Hey, I’m Chase, a graphic designer and mulitidisciplinary artist based in Los Angeles.
What has kept me interested in art and design is this idea of an invitation. Growing up, I was always surrounded by art from family and friends who have always encouraged me to keep drawing, painting, taking photographs, etc. This stuck with me and it was something I carried into many projects.
My thesis was centered around home and it’s impact and importance that it had on me. My goal was to make the show a space of invitation, just how art has always been hospitable and inviting to me. The beauty of design is that whatever is created can become welcoming but also visually rich. Being able to play and live in this environment is what keeps me excited and always wanting to create.
In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, going on photo walks, and playing games around the dinner table.
